These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the purchase of tickets through our online booking platform. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
All tickets purchased through this website are electronic tickets (e-tickets) that will be delivered to the email address provided during the booking process. Tickets are valid only for the date and ticket type selected at the time of purchase. Each ticket grants admission to Phantasialand theme park in Bruehl, Germany, subject to the park's own terms and conditions of entry.
All prices displayed on this website are in Euros and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through PayGlobal payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
E-tickets are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your tickets within a few minutes. No physical tickets will be mailed. You may present your e-ticket on your smartphone or as a printed copy at the park entrance.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., park closure due to force majeure), alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at our discretion. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your visit.
Tickets are valid only for the date specified on the ticket. Unused tickets cannot be exchanged for a different date or refunded. The ticket holder must present a valid ticket at the park entrance. Tickets that have been altered, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently will be void.
Children aged 0 to 3 years receive free admission and do not require a ticket. A valid ID or birth certificate (copy is sufficient) must be presented at the entrance. Children aged 4 to 11 years require a child ticket. Guests aged 12 and above require an adult ticket.
All visitors must comply with Phantasialand's park rules and safety regulations. The park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who does not comply with these rules. Height and health restrictions apply to certain attractions. The park is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during your visit.
We act as an authorized ticket reseller and are not the operator of Phantasialand theme park. Our liability is limited to the ticket booking service. We are not liable for any issues arising from the park's operations, including but not limited to ride closures, show cancellations, or changes to park hours. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the tickets.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the website operator or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cologne, Germany.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
